When you have a coach [a good one], you have someone else who is invested in you and your goals. You have someone that most likely has more experience than you on a particular subject. You have someone who will hold you accountable when things get rough. You have a guide. You have a teacher and mentor. You have a relationship with this person.
Yes, there are poor coaches out there, of course. But a good coach feels more like a friend that wants to see you win.

Coaching takes things back the the simple fundamentals. You get rid of overwhelm because your coach brings you clarity. You get over a lack of persistence because you have someone to hold you accountable. You get over misinformation because you have someone who’s done it already.
Success doesn’t come from consuming the most information. Nor does it come from finding the ‘secret’ strategies that no one else knows about.
It comes from consistent, efficient and strategic action often guided by someone who has done it.
